- Swiss system pairings generated by the arbiter team using Swiss-Manager.
- Zero-tolerance default time — players not seated by round start forfeit.
- Mobile phones and electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the playing hall.
- Tie-breaks: Buchholz Cut 1, Buchholz, Sonneborn-Berger, direct encounter.
- Appeals must be submitted in writing within 30 minutes of the round's end.
